[Overview] 

 The fluorine-lined ball valve is a ball with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part. The ball rotates with the valve stem around the center line of the valve body to open and close the valve. The special molding process is adopted to make the sealing surface dense and good, and the V-type PTFE packing combination makes the valve achieve zero leakage. The ball and the valve stem are cast into one, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, and basically ensuring the safety in use. The all-plastic lining process is adopted, which is resistant to the strong corrosion of the medium. 

 [Structural Characteristics] 

 The fluorine-lined ball valve structure is full-diameter floating ball (two-stage) and full-diameter fixed ball (three-stage) (small-caliber is two-piece, large-caliber is three-piece), which is mainly used to cut off or connect corrosive media in the pipeline, and can be used for fluid regulation and control. Compared with other valves, it has the following characteristics: 

 1. The fluid resistance is small, the inner wall of the lining ball valve is smooth, and the flow channel is the least fluid resistance among all valves. 

 2. The switch is fast and convenient. Just rotate the sphere by 90° to complete the account opening and closing. 

 3. Using a special molding process, the lining material is lined on the inner wall of the valve shell, which can withstand the corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali media. The lining spherical surface is combined with the PTFE valve seat, which has good sealing and achieves zero leakage. 

 4. It can be configured with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and other driving devices to achieve long-distance control and automatic operation. 

 5. The ball is integrated with the valve stem, eliminating the rotation angle difference, eliminating the danger of the valve stem rushing out of the body due to pressure changes, and ensuring the safety and reliability of use.
