Rubber lined flange gate valve

Overview: 

 Lining flange gate valve is a flange connection gate valve lined with rubber (such as natural rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene, etc.) in the core parts of the valve body, valve cover, gate plate and other core parts in contact with the medium. It isolates the weak to medium corrosive medium and flange through the rubber lining to realize the rigid connection of the pipeline. With the help of the straight lift of the gate plate, the medium-open/full-off control of the gate plate is used in water treatment, chemical industry, metallurgy and other working conditions of medium and low pressure, weak corrosion or trace particles, which is not suitable for flow regulation. 

 Nominal pressure: PN0.6 ~ PN1.6MPa 

 Nominal diameter: DN15~DN400 

 Applicable temperature: -50°C~150°C 

 Applicable media: weak/medium corrosive media (dlute acid, dilute alkali), trace particulate medium (sewage, slurry), viscous medium (lubricating oil, mud) 

 Core advantages (weak corrosion resistance + erosion resistance + economy) 

 1. Targeted weak corrosion resistance: Rubber lining is highly adaptable to weak corrosion and trace particle-containing media (such as sewage, dilute acid), and the cost is only 1/2 to 2/3 of the fluorine gate valve. It is cost-effective and suitable for large-scale municipal or industrial pipeline applications; 

 2. Anti-particle scouring: Rubber is elastic and wear-resistant, which can cushion the scouring of sediment and fine-grained media to avoid direct flushing and tear of the metal valve body. The service life is 2-3 times that of ordinary cast iron gate valves; 

 3. Reliable two-way sealing: the elasticity of the rubber sealing surface can compensate for the slight deformation of the part, and the cleaning degree of the medium is low (can withstand trace impurities), and the sealing success rate is higher than that of the metal sealing gate valve; 

 4. Low circulation resistance: When the gate is fully opened, it is parallel to the runner, the circulation section of the medium is large, and the resistance coefficient (ζ≈0.1~0.5) is much lower than that of the globe valve. The energy consumption is lower, and it is suitable for high-flow pipelines (such as tap water main lines).

Especially suitable for work environments where the allowable pressure difference is small and the allowable leakage is also small, and the pressure difference is not significant.
