 Lined hose clamp valve (also known as clamp valve, hose valve) is a kind of valve that realizes the opening or adjustment of the media by squeezing the inner elastic rubber pipe by external mechanical force. The core features are "all-rubber contact with the medium" and "no dead volume sealing", which is suitable for harsh working conditions containing particles, fibers, high viscosity, etc., and has weak With medium corrosion protection ability, it is widely used in medium and low pressure pipeline systems in mining, metallurgy, water treatment, chemical industry and other industries.

 1. Extremely strong anti-blocking ability: no valve flap, no diaphragm, no flow channel dead angle, particles and fibers in the medium can pass smoothly with the fluid, and the rubber tube bounces back without residue when opened, which completely solves the particle jamming problem of traditional valves (such as gate valves and ball valves). It is a "special valve" containing particle media; 

 2. Excellent wear resistance: the inner wall of the rubber pipe is wear-resistant (especially PU rubber), which can cushion the impact of particles on the pipe wall, and the life is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary metal valves (for example, in the slurry pipeline, the life of the metal gate valve is 1 to 2 months, and the life of the PU rubber pipe clamp valve is 3 to 6 months); 

 3. Full isolation of the medium: only the rubber tube is in contact with the medium, and the valve body shell (metal) does not contact the medium at all. There is no need to worry about the corrosion of the shell. It is suitable for weak corrosion conditions and the cost is lower than that of the fluorine-lined valve; 

 4. Simple structure and easy maintenance: the core consumable parts are only rubber tubes. When replacing, there is no need to disassemble the whole valve. You only need to remove the flange bolt to replace it. The maintenance time is short (DN100 model replacement time ≤10 minutes), and the maintenance cost is low.
