Fluorine lined sight glass

Fluorine-lined mirror is a window device used to observe and monitor fluid conditions in pipelines or equipment. 

 Structure and materials: 

The main body is generally made of carbon steel precision casting or welding molding, and some of them are made of stainless steel, lined with high-quality fluoroplastics, such as F46, PTFE, etc. The lenses are made of high-quality tempered glass or tempered borosilicon glass, which has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. 

 Main features:

It has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical stability, can work in strong acids, strong alkali or other corrosive media, and has good transparency for observation, and has sufficient mechanical strength and sealing performance to ensure safe operation. 

 Technical parameters: 

The operating temperature is generally 0°C-150°C, and the use pressure is 0-1.0MPA. The connection method is usually flange connection, which can adopt GB, HG, SH, JB, ANSL, JIS and other standards. 

 Application fields: 

Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, oil and natural gas, environmental protection and other industries. It is used to monitor the flow of corrosive media in the chemical industry; to observe the status of liquid drugs in the pharmaceutical industry; to monitor food-grade media in food processing; to monitor the flow of chemicals such as crude oil in the oil and gas field; and to monitor the flow of media containing corrosive substances in wastewater and gas treatment systems in the environmental protection industry.

Product Application Scope
