Fluorine lined globe valve

[Overview] 

 The opening and closing parts of the fluorine-lined shut-off valve are plug-shaped valve flaps. The sealing surface is flat or conical, and the valve flap moves in a straight line along the central line of the fluid. The movement form of the valve stem is the lifting rod type (the valve stem is raised and lowered, the handwheel is not raised and lowered), and there are also the lifting rotary rod type (the handwheel rotates and lifts with the valve stem, and the nut is installed on the valve body). The shut-off valve is only suitable for full opening and full closing, and adjustment and throttling are not allowed. 

 [Structural features] 

 1. Compared with the gate valve, the structure of the shut-off valve is relatively simple, and the manufacture and maintenance are more convenient. 

 2. The sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, with good sealing and long service life. 

 3. When opening and closing, the valve flap stroke is relatively small, the opening and closing time is relatively short, and the valve height is relatively small. 

 4. The valve disc and the valve stem are designed as an integrated structure, which is compact and safe to use. 

 5. There are three structural forms of shut-off valves: straight-through, DC and angle-type, among which the through-type is the most commonly used. The angle type can be installed at the corner of the pipeline system, and the DC flow resistance is the smallest among the shut-off valves. 

 6. Configure pneumatic and electric devices according to user needs to meet the needs of remote control and program control. 

 7. The lining material of the replacement parts can be applied to various media.
