Overview: 

 Fluorine-lined manual flange butterfly valve is a butterfly valve that combines the three characteristics of "strong corrosion resistance of fluoroplastic lining", "stable flange connection" and "convenient manual operation". It isolates the strong corrosive medium through the fluoroplastic lining on the surface of the valve body and the valve plate, and the flange is rigidly connected to the pipeline, and the valve plate is rotated by manual lever or handwheel drive. Medium opening and adjustment, the core is used in medium and low pressure pipeline systems under strong corrosion conditions such as chemical industry, pharmaceuticals and environmental protection.

 1. Corrosion resistance in all working conditions: the valve body, valve plate and sealing seat are all made of fluoroplastic lining to solve the problem that ordinary metal butterfly valves (such as stainless steel and cast iron) are easy to rust and leak in strong corrosive media, and the service life can reach 3 to 5 times that of ordinary butterfly valves; 

 2. Convenient and flexible operation: manual lever/worm wheel drive, small-caliber quick opening and closing, large-caliber effort-saving adjustment, and can accurately control the flow through the handwheel, adapting to the dual needs of "full on/full off" and "flow adjustment"; 

 3. Small circulation resistance: when the valve plate is fully opened, it is parallel to the flow channel, the medium circulation cross-section is large, the resistance coefficient (ζ) is only 0.1~0.5 (far lower than the shut-off valve and gate valve), and the energy consumption is lower; 

 4. Cost-friendly and installation: Compared with the fluorine-lined ball valve of the same specification, the fluorine-lined butterfly valve is more compact and lighter (about 30% lighter), the procurement and installation costs are lower, and the flange connection is suitable for most industrial pipeline standards (GB/ANSI/DIN).
