Overview: 

 Fluorine-lined pneumatic flange ball valve is a ball valve that integrates the three core characteristics of "fluoroplastic lining, strong corrosion resistance", "stable flange connection" and "pneumatic drive high-efficiency automation". It isolates the strong corrosive medium through the fluoroplastic lining of the valve body and the ball body, connects the flange and the pipe rigidly, and realizes the valve speed with the help of compressed air drive actuator. Quick opening and closing or adjustment, the core is used for medium and low pressure pipeline systems that need to be automatically controlled under strong corrosion conditions such as chemical industry, pharmaceuticals and environmental protection.

 1. Corrosion resistance in all working conditions: the valve body, ball body and sealing seat are all made of fluoroplastic lining, which solves the problem that ordinary metal pneumatic ball valves are easy to corrode and have a short service life in strong corrosive media. The service life is 3 to 5 times that of stainless steel ball valves; 

 2. Automated and efficient: pneumatic drive realizes fast opening and closing (0.5~5s), with solenoid valves and locators to realize remote control and precise adjustment, suitable for unattended or high-risk working conditions (such as toxic media pipelines), and reduce the risk of manual operation; 

 3. Reliable sealing: PTFE sealing surface is elastic and self-lubricating, and the two-way sealing design (fixed ball) can adapt to positive and reverse flow, low leakage rate, and wear-resistant (spherical polishing reduces friction); 

 4. Stable connection: Flanged connection (in accordance with GB/T 9113 or ANSI B16.5) is rigidly connected to the pipeline, resistant to vibration and pressure fluctuations, suitable for long-term stable operation of industrial pipelines.
