 The rubber-lined flange shut-off valve is a flange connection shut-off valve lined with rubber (such as natural rubber, nitrile rubber, fluororubber, etc.) in key parts in contact with the medium, such as valve body, valve cover, valve flap, etc. The core function is to realize the cut-off and adjustment of the medium under the condition of weak to moderate corrosion, particle-containing or sticky medium, through the rubber The lining isolates the corrosive medium and the flange ensures the stable connection of the pipeline, which is widely used in medium and low pressure pipeline systems in chemical industry, water treatment, metallurgy and other industries.

 1. Targeted corrosion resistance: Rubber lining is highly adaptable to weak/medium corrosive media (such as dilute acid, dilute alkali, sewage), and the cost is much lower than that of fluoroplastic lining (about 1/2~2/3 of the fluorine shut-off valve), which is cost-effective; 

 2. Anti-particle flushing: Rubber is elastic and wear-resistant, which can buffer the washing of media containing trace particles (such as silt in sewage and fine particles in slurry), avoid the direct wear of the metal valve body, and extend the service life; 

 3. Reliable sealing: The elasticity of the rubber sealing surface can compensate for the small deformation of the valve body and valve flap, and has good fit. The cleanliness requirements for the medium are lower than those of metal sealing (which can withstand trace impurities); 

 4. Moderate circulation resistance: the structure of the shut-off valve is suitable for flow adjustment, the surface of the rubber lining is smooth, and the flow resistance coefficient (ζ≈10~20) is lower than that of the rubber gate valve, and the energy consumption is low.
