Overview:
The electric rubber-lined butterfly valve is a valve that integrates the three characteristics of "rubber lining resistance to weak corrosion/anti-flushing", "low circulation resistance of butterfly valve" and "electric drive automation". It isolates weak to moderate corrosive media through the rubber lining of the valve body and valve plate, and realizes the on-off and adjustment of the medium with the help of electric actuator to drive the valve plate. The core It is suitable for water treatment, chemical industry, metallurgy and other medium and low pressure, trace particles or working conditions that require automatic control, especially suitable for large-flow pipeline systems.

1. Targeted and weak corrosion resistance: The rubber lining is highly adaptable to weakly corrosive and trace-containing media (such as sewage and dilute acid). The cost is only 1/2~2/3 of the fluorine butterfly valve, which is cost-effective and suitable for large-scale municipal or industrial pipeline applications;
2. Automation, efficiency and convenience: the electric actuator realizes remote control and precise adjustment, no manual on-site operation, and adapts to unattended working conditions (such as the remote control system of sewage treatment plants), and the adjustable actuator can provide real-time feedback on the opening, which is convenient for system monitoring;
3. Small circulation resistance: when the valve plate is fully open, it is parallel to the flow channel, the medium circulation cross-section is large, the resistance coefficient (ζ≈0.1~0.5) is much lower than the shut-off valve and gate valve, and the energy consumption is low, which is especially suitable for large-flow pipelines (such as tap water transmission trunk lines and heating main lines);
4. Reliable sealing + long service life: the eccentric structure reduces the friction of the rubber sealing surface, and the sealing surface life of the double eccentric model is 2 to 3 times that of the concentric butterfly valve; the rubber elastic seal has low requirements for the cleanliness of the medium, can withstand trace impurities, and has a long maintenance cycle (replace the lining once every 2 to 3 years for routine use).
