Overview: 

 Fluorine-lined worm gear flange ball valve is a ball valve that integrates the three characteristics of "fluoroplastic lining corrosion resistance", "flange connection stability" and "worm gear transmission labor-saving". It isolates the corrosive medium through the fluorine-lined layer inside the valve body, the flange is rigidly connected to the pipeline, and the worm wheel mechanism reduces the opening and closing torque. The core function is to realize under strong corrosion conditions. The precise cut-off and adjustment of the current medium is widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical, metallurgy and other scenarios that require corrosion resistance and large-caliber/high torque operation.

 1. Extreme corrosion resistance: full-lined fluorine design (valve body, ball body, sealing seat are all lined with PTFE), which solves the problem that ordinary metal ball valves are easy to corrode in strong acid and alkali, and the service life is 3 to 5 times that of stainless steel ball valves; 

 2. Operation is labor-saving: the worm gear transmission greatly reduces the torque, and the DN400 large-caliber ball valve can be operated manually without additional power (the cost is lower than the electric ball valve); 

 3. Reliable sealing: PTFE sealing surface is elastic and self-lubricating, and the two-way sealing design (fixed ball) can adapt to positive and reverse flow, low leakage rate, and wear-resistant (spherical polishing reduces friction); 

 4. Stable connection: Flanged connection (in accordance with GB/T 9113 or ANSI B16.5) is rigidly connected to the pipeline, which is resistant to vibration and pressure fluctuations, and is suitable for the long-term operation of industrial pipelines.
