Antibiotic stop valve

[Use of the product] 

 Antibiotic shut-off valves are mainly used in biological fermentation, medicine and beer fermentation, amino acid fermentation, biological pesticide fermentation, biological fertilizer fermentation, various antibiotic fermentation, biological, biochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical materials, water, steam, cold control and other fields. The bottom can open excretion holes according to customer needs, which is resistant to high temperatures. Long life, no dead angle to reach the zero leakage level. 

 [Product Features] 

 1. It has strong sterilization and detoxification functions to prevent product contamination. 

 2. The gasket is made of high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite material. ( The highest temperature can reach ≤120℃) 

 3. The gasket, the middle channel sealing ring of the valve body, and the valve stem packing are all made of high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene material. Long service life, corrosion resistance, ensuring no internal and external leakage. 

 4. The streamlined channel makes the pressure loss small. 

 5. The sealing pad can be replaced, which is more convenient to disassemble and the maintenance cost is low.
