锻钢低温对焊闸阀

概述：

锻钢低温对焊闸阀是在锻钢对焊闸阀基础上，针对低温及超低温工况（通常指 - 40℃至 - 196℃，甚至更低）设计的专用阀门，采用低温韧性优异的锻造钢材、特殊密封结构及防冷脆处理，核心功能是在极寒环境下实现高压介质的可靠截断，广泛应用于 LNG（液化天然气）、液氮、液氧等低温流体输送系统。

公称压力：PN16~PN100、ANSI Class 150~900LB

公称通径：DN15~DN300

适用温度：-40℃~-253℃

适用介质：LNG（液化天然气）、液氮（LN2）、液氧（LO2）、液氢（LH2）、低温丙烷

低温冲击功：AKV≥27J（-196℃）

选型与维护要点（低温专项）

1、选型关键：

● 材质匹配介质：LNG 选 304L/316L，液氢选 Inconel 625，含硫低温介质选 Monel 400；

● 温度留余量：实际工作温度需低于阀门额定最低温度（如 - 196℃工况选额定 - 200℃阀门）；

● 执行器适配：电动执行器需选 “低温防爆型”（Ex d IIB T4 Gb），气动执行器需配 “低温过滤减压阀”（防止压缩空气中水分结冰堵塞）。

2、维护要点：

● 禁止骤冷骤热：阀门开启前必须预冷（预冷速率≤5℃/min），关闭后需缓慢升温，避免部件变形；

● 润滑脂选用：阀杆润滑需用 “低温合成润滑脂”（如聚四氟乙烯基润滑脂，耐 - 200℃），禁止用普通润滑脂（低温下会凝固）；

● 定期密封性检测：每 6 个月用 “氦质谱检漏仪” 检测波纹管密封性能（LNG 阀门泄漏率需≤1×10⁻⁹ Pa・m³/s）；

● 防结冰措施：阀门外部需做 “保冷保温”（如包覆聚氨酯保冷层），避免空气中水分在阀体表面结冰，影响操作或腐蚀阀体。
