Forged steel butt welded gate valve
Forged steel butt-welding gate valve is a gate valve made of forged steel, integrated through welding connection (direct welding of the welding end and pipeline) and pipeline system. The core function is to realize the full open/full-close control of the medium under high-pressure and high-risk working conditions. Due to its high connection strength and reliable sealing, it is widely used in industrial harsh pipelines.

Core advantages
● High pressure and high stability: forged material + butt welding connection, the compressive strength far exceeds that of the cast steel gate valve, and can work stably in Class 4500LB (about 76MPa) high pressure conditions for a long time, without the risk of connection loosening;
● Reliable sealing: cemented carbide sealing surface + multi-form sealing structure (filling / bellows), the leakage rate can reach "ANSI B16.104 Class V" (bubble-level leakage) or zero leakage to meet the strict sealing requirements;
● Widely applicable: the temperature tolerance range covers extreme cold (LNG working condition - 196℃) to high temperature (thermal supercritical steam 650℃), with strong medium compatibility and can be adapted to most industrial fluids;
● Long service life: the forged material has good fatigue resistance, the cemented carbide sealing surface is wear-resistant, and the service life can reach more than 10 years under normal maintenance, which is much higher than that of ordinary cast steel valves.
