One piece ball valve
The one-piece ball valve and the flange gate valve are the same type of valve. The difference is that its closing part is a ball. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close. The ball valve is mainly used in the pipeline to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. The wide ball valve is a new type of valve widely used.
[Structural Characteristics]
1. Opening and closing without friction. This function completely solves the problem that traditional valves affect the sealing due to the friction between the sealing surfaces.
2. Top-mounted structure. The valves installed on the pipeline can be directly checked and repaired online, which can effectively reduce the parking of the device and reduce the cost.
3. Single seat design. The problem of affecting the safety of use due to abnormal pressure boost in the cavity of the valve has been eliminated.
4. Low torque design. The valve stem with a special structure can be easily opened and closed with a small handle valve.
5. Wedge-shaped sealing structure. The valve is sealed by pressing the ball wedge on the valve seat by the mechanical force provided by the valve stem, so that the sealing of the valve is not affected by the change of pipeline pressure difference, and the sealing performance is reliably guaranteed under various working conditions.
6. The self-cleaning structure of the sealing surface. When the ball is dumped off the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes 360° evenly along the sealing surface of the ball, which not only eliminates the local erosion of the high-speed fluid on the valve seat, but also washes away the accumulation on the sealing surface to achieve the purpose of self-cleaning.
