Three piece high platform internal thread ball valve

Structural characteristics: It consists of a valve body, two valve covers and a sphere. This three-piece structure enhances the stability of the valve and is easy to disassemble, repair and replace. The valve can be disintegrated by removing a small number of bolts. 

 Working principle: The on-off of the medium is achieved by rotating the sphere. In the closing position, the ball is pressed by the mechanical pressure of the stem and pressed on the seat; when the handle is rotated counterclockwise, the stem and the sphere also rotate to open the ball; when closing, the handle is rotated clockwise, the stem and the sphere rotate accordingly, and the sphere tightly on the seat again to close. 

 Main parts materials: The valve body and cover can be made of WCB, CF8, CF8M and other materials. The sphere and stem can be made of stainless steel such as 304 and 316. The seat is generally made of RPTFE and other materials, and the sealing ring can use FKM. 

 Connection method: The main connection method is internal thread connection. There are internal threads at both ends of the valve, which can match the outer thread on the pipe. It is suitable for smaller-caliber pipes, which is easy to install and disassemble. 

 Advantages: It has the advantages of low fluid resistance, convenient operation, good sealing performance, strong corrosion resistance, etc. It can be fully turned on or off by rotating 90°, and the operating torque is small, which is suitable for frequent operation situations.
