Product Application

The Q71F type PN16 to PN64 flanged ball valve is used in various pipelines of Class150 to Class1500, PN16 to PN64, and JIS10K to JIS20K, for cutting off or connecting the medium in the pipeline. Different materials are selected It can be respectively applied to various media such as water, steam, oil products, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc.

Product Features

1. Among various types of valves, ball valves have the smallest flow resistance. When a full-bore ball valve is opened, the ball passage, the valve body passage and the connecting pipe diameter are equal and form one diameter, allowing the medium to flow through almost without loss.

2. The ball valve can be fully closed and opened by rotating 90°, and it opens and closes quickly. Compared with gate valves and globe valves of the same specification, ball valves are smaller in size and lighter in weight, which is convenient for pipeline installation.
