[Product Usage]

Q71F PN16~PN64 flange ball valves are used on various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN64, JIS10K~JIS20K, for cutting off or connecting media in pipelines. Different materials are selected and can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc.


[Product Features]

1. Among various valves, ball valves have low flow resistance. When a full diameter ball valve is opened, the ball channel, valve body channel, and connecting pipe diameter are equal and form one diameter, allowing the medium to flow almost without loss.

2. The ball valve can be fully closed and fully opened by rotating 90 degrees, with quick opening and closing. Compared with gate valves and globe valves of the same specifications, ball valves have a smaller volume and lighter weight, making them easier to install in pipelines.

Product Application Scope

These devices are suitable for accurately controlling media such as gases, liquids, steam, etc., and maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. Especially suitable for work environments where the allowable pressure difference is small and the allowable leakage is also small, and the pressure difference is not significant.
