The three-piece ball valve and the gate valve belong to the same type of valve. The difference is that its closing part is a sphere, and the ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close a valve.  1. There is no friction between opening and closing. This function completely solves the problem that traditional valves affect the seal due to mutual friction between the sealing surfaces. 

 2. Top-mounted structure. The valves installed on the pipeline can be directly checked and repaired online, which can effectively reduce the parking of the device and reduce the cost. 

 3. Single valve seat design. The problem that the cavity medium in the valve affects the safety of use due to abnormal pressure increase has been eliminated. 

 4. Low torque design. The valve stem with special structure design can be easily opened and closed with a small handwheel valve. 

 5. Wedge-shaped sealing structure. The valve relies on the mechanical force provided by the valve stem to press the ball wedge on the valve seat and seal it, so that the sealing of the valve is not affected by the change of pipeline pressure difference, and the sealing performance is reliably guaranteed under various working conditions. 

 6. The self-cleaning structure of the sealed surface. When the sphere is dumped from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes evenly along the sealed surface of the sphere in 360 degrees, which not only eliminates the partial washing of the valve seat by the high-speed fluid, but also washes away the aggregates on the sealed surface to achieve the purpose of self-cleaning.
