Discharge ball valve
Overview:
The discharge ball valve is a key industrial equipment used to control the flow of materials such as solid particles, powders or slurries.
It is mainly composed of valve body, ball body, valve seat, valve stem and sealing components. The valve body is usually made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant materials; there is a circular through hole inside the ball, which is the core component to control the flow break; the valve seat works closely with the ball to achieve sealing; the valve stem is used to connect the sphere and the driving device to transmit power; the sealing component ensures the sealing of the valve in the closed state.
Working principle:
The sphere rotates 90 degrees around the vertical line of the channel to open or close. When closed, the circular through hole on the sphere is perpendicular to the inlet and outlet channels of the valve body, and the fluid channel is cut off. When the ball is opened, the ball rotates, and the circular through hole is gradually aligned with the channel of the valve body, forming a smooth fluid channel to realize the release of materials.
